Super Savory Miso Carrot Soup

This simple carrot soup is infused with Asian flavors, such as sesame, seaweed, bonito, mirin, and miso. These give the humble carrot soup a new lease on life, with their super savory flavors, along with the inclusion of celeriac, another welcome addition.

What are flexitarian recipes?

My recipes are not exclusively vegetarian or vegan, though many of them are. Here and there I include animal proteins, and often I incorporate dairy and/or eggs. But they are full of veggies (and fruit). This is what’s called eating in a “flexitarian” way. I hope you enjoy making my recipes that fit your way of eating!
