What are flexitarian recipes?
My recipes are not exclusively vegetarian or vegan, though many of them are. Here and there I include animal proteins, and often I incorporate dairy and/or eggs. But they are full of veggies (and fruit). This is what’s called eating in a “flexitarian” way. I hope you enjoy making my recipes that fit your way of eating!
grow some veggies!
(it’s never too early to start planning)
I bet you didn’t know you wanted a Kitchen Garden (a.k.a. Potager Garden). After years of dissatisfaction with planning and executing a successful vegetable garden, I landed on a design and a process that is fun, less stressful, and provides you with herbs, cut flowers and greens for weeks. Buy my plans for this year or next season, so you have time to mull things over!
